1 John Series

Though we began 1 John last week, and the themes overlapped beautifully with Mother’s Day, we still have a lot to establish about this important but perhaps understudied book of the Bible. We’re learning about the world of John, his challanges, his opportunites, and the lessons he was most passionate about as we dive in this week and see how our world is not so different from his.

The Theme in Song:

This song focuses on the interdependance Jesus built into his church. We need each other, we can’t do it alone! Whether that is the day-to-day life with a brother or sister, the shared life of a local church, or the dependance through time and space we have on the first apostles who are part of the same church we are today. Plus, I know these two wonderful musicians who perform this version!
