Teen Challenge
This week we are excited to welcome Teen Challenge to come and share with us. Teen Challenge is a Christian organization that aims to help people become mentally sound, emotionally balanced, socially adjusted, physically well, and spiritually alive. The organization works on a Christ-centered model of drug and alcohol recovery. We’ll be hearing stories of recovery and healing, and the challenges and obstacles along the way.

Questions to Ponder:
What one point stood out to you the most today from teen challenges stories and testimonies?
Do you see yourself in that story or point somehow?
How confident are you in your ability to follow God's law?
Compare yourself to the Jews jesus is talking about in the passage above. Where might your blind spots be in your life? (Hint: Think about what aspects of yourself you are confident about.)
In verse 34 Jesus talks about being “a slave to sin”, what does that mean? Try putting it in your own words as if you were explaining it to a friend for the first time.
If you keep reading in the passage above past verse 38, You will see that Jesus refers to the father of the Jewish leaders as the devil- What does Jesus mean by this and in what way do we “act like our father the devil” when we are living life without God?
